Early access terms
Last updated 2026-10-19.
Dogs ’n’ CAD is browser-based 2D CAD software with a cloud service for storing and sharing drawings (“the service”), available at https://app.dogsncad.com. It is in early access: it works, it is being improved, and it is not for sale yet. By starting a free trial you agree to these terms.
1. Free trial
- A free trial lasts 30 days from the moment you confirm it. Colleagues who start a trial with the same company or e-mail domain join the same trial account.
- One trial per e-mail address. We may limit the number of people in a trial account, and we may decline or end a trial, for example in case of misuse.
- When the trial ends, the app is locked. Your drawings are kept for a while so you can continue later or ask us for an export.
2. No fees
Using Dogs ’n’ CAD during early access is free. No payment details are asked for, and nothing is ever charged. If Dogs ’n’ CAD later becomes a paid product, that will only happen under new terms that you have to accept first.
3. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without any warranty. It may contain errors, be unavailable at times, or lose data. Keep your own copies of drawings that matter (DXF, PDF, SVG or the native format, from the File menu).
Dogs ’n’ CAD is a drawing tool. You are responsible for checking drawings, dimensions and calculations before they are used for construction, permits or other decisions.
4. The service may change or end
Features, limits and these terms may change during early access, and the service may be paused or ended. We will try to tell trial users by e-mail before ending the service, so they can export their drawings.
5. Your drawings and your data
- Your drawings and other content remain yours. We store and process them only to provide the service to you.
- You can export your drawings and your account data, and delete your account, at any time in the app.
- How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
6. Fair use
Do not share accounts, try to get around limits, attack or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
